Had my 15-year-old kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room tile grout restored on 12/23/24. We live in Wake Forest with 3 dogs who are always tracking in dirt, and the grout lines stay looking dirty even after several mopping attempts. I even bought a steam cleaner to try to keep the grout clean, but even after this, it just looked a little cleaner and not clean.
My wife and I now feel Sir Grout solved the issues, as the grout and tile now look brand new. The grout is now sealed, so it will not absorb the dirt like it did prior to the treatment.
Kudos to Tim, who took the time to explain the process and provided an excellent price quote. Yes, we did get another price that was higher, and the salesman just came in, looked at the tile, and said, "You need to restore your tile. Here is a brochure. I will email you a price." He was in and out in 5 minutes.
Also, major kudos to Chaz, who did the restoration work. You could tell he cared about doing a good and professional job, and his communication was excellent. So, if you have dirty grout that you cannot keep clean even after trying all the grout cleaner options on the market, this is the only option I found, just have it restored.

We hired Sir Grout to clean, disinfect, and restore the grout in our bathrooms. Isaac came out and inspected our situation and gave us a reasonable quote to complete the work. We scheduled the work date, received updates, then Omar showed up on time to perform the work on two separate days. Omar was professional, clean, diligent in his work, and informative when asked questions.
The final result was excellent. We had our tile floors cleaned, grout color sealed, and then sealed again with Sir Grout's proprietary, organic, toxic free products. They left us a quart of the cleaning product to maintain the work that they performed. We are absolutely happy with the work performed, and with the professional service they gave us. I originally thought if I had my bathroom tile regrouted I could hold off for another year before I remodel the bathroom. The grout was getting mold, but Ulysses did such a nice job, I may only need to paint the walls and get a new sink. I'm very happy with the work he did. Definitely worth it.
