I had a shower leak due to a grout issue. Sir grout was awesome, they had someone come in 2 days to review and provide an estimate. I had the entire shower re-grouted. The leak was taken care of, the regrout was done neatly and looks great. The clean up was so thorough and precise that it didn't even look like the shower had regrouted. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

They arrived less than 24 hours from the time I called. I wasn't happy about the reviews of the franchised tile cleaning companies, so I decided to give Sir Grout a try. They appeared to be more experienced. My tile floor and grout looked like the floor of a hot dog gyro stand.
The employee arrived early, the 170 sq ft kitchen took about 3 hours to clean. The tile and grout now looks like it did when it was installed 15 years ago. Very satisfied with the price, it saved me at least 2 days of labor, not including equipment rental.
